Guide how to install Zoho CRM integration for your Onoff Business
With Onoff Business and Zoho CRM integration, you can avoid manual data entry work and log all your team’s mobile interactions (calls, SMS, VM) automatically in Zoho!
The installation process takes only 2 clicks
*You will need admin rights both for the Onoff Business and Zoho CRM platforms or to provide the email of the Zoho admin in your organization.
To start
Log in to your Onoff Business admin account.
Select the Integrations page from the navigation menu
Find and select Zoho in the application list
Step 1: Install integration
Click Integrate
You will be redirected to Zoho’s authorization page, where you will be able to log in to the Zoho CRM admin account.
Click Accept to grant the permissions for Onoff to sync with your Zoho contacts.
Step 2: Connect the Onoff number
After Accepting the access, you will be redirected back to the Onoff admin account, where you will see Onoff user lists already open and ready to connect.
You can choose All numbers in one click, filter by Label, or just choose several of them and click Integrate.
And that is it!
The integration is now up and running. You can come back anytime to the Onoff Business admin account to manage the integration and to add or delete users from the integration.

Manage Users
To manage users, you can open the Zoho page in the Onoff business app, click the “Manage” button and integrate new numbers or delete already integrated numbers.
Onoff <> Zoho integration will not work for users if they aren’t integrated, so if you want to send only some of the user’s activity in Zoho, you cant integrate only their numbers. If you change your mind, you can delete their numbers from the integration by clicking “Delete numbers.” You will see all the integrated users, and you can remove the ones you want:
Remove the installation
To uninstall the integration, open the Zoho page in the Onoff business app and find the “Remove” button at the bottom.
After clicking the “Remove” button, you will see a popup where you should agree on the terms:
After clicking “Continue”, the integration will be removed.
You will be able to install the integration again any time you want.
