Job description

The role

The Partnership Manager at Onoff is responsible for building and maintaining a partner ecosystem aimed at enhancing our customer acquisition, their experience, and usage. Reporting to the Marketing department, your mission is to manage and develop relevant partnerships by ensuring the creation, training, monitoring, and commercial support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the B2B & B2C Partnership strategy.
  • Develop new partnerships by aligning them with our services and offerings to ensure success.
  • Collaborate closely with existing partners to identify new sales opportunities and create custom solutions that meet their marketing objectives.
  • Implement a dedicated communication and marketing plan for each partner.
  • Work with other internal teams to ensure flawless execution of partner initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the commercial performance of partners, regularly providing reporting and information to internal stakeholders and partners.


Job details

  • Full-time, permanent contract
  • Location: Boulogne-Billancourt (Paris area)
  • WFH: 2 days of work from home per week

About you !

  • Very good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
  • Curiosity and determination to achieve results.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent in English.
